i had a dismissed bankruptcy in 2002 experian is showing it will be off in june 09 is this correct?

Depends really on the type of BK that was discharged but in most cases its 10 years. What kind do you have?

In that case, 7 seems appropriate and 2009 makes sense. They could however report it for 10 years as well but they seem to have chosen to do it appropriately and give you a break. Good luck and congrats.

Possibly and hopefully but when it falls off your bucket will change too, so let's hope that doesn't eat up any improvement you would expect and no way to know until it happens. Good luck.
