I have been reading some posts on here about Chex Systems. I didn't know you could include that in bankruptcy. Now it is too late. Is there anything I can do or no?

No it is not too late. You send chex systems a copy of your paper work and they erase the negative items.

@pway, do you send in the paperwork after discharged or paperworks while you're still in the plan?

My bk was a Chapter 7. I just sent them my paperwork and it was done easily. I was not discharged yet.

What about EWS ? and Telecheck is that the same thing?

I was not aware of EWS until recently. Yes I did fax tele check copies of my paper work as well.
