I've been getting calls from a creditor I could have swore was not only listed but also filed a claim so I pulled up everything on pacer. I was right, that one's been dealt with BUT in the process I noticed 5 claims filed by a company called Porania LLC. All other claims were filed in May and June with a couple of stragglers in July. These guys came in at the very last minute and filed 5 on 8/18. I can't match the amounts listed to anything I did owe. One has the last 4 digits of account # listed, it doesn't match anything. One has "Money Loaned" as a description but all of my debt was credit cards and medical bills (and the car I redeemed). What I found googling didn't look great and I wasn't able to tie them to a creditor that I have ever done any business with, even years ago.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>These have to be fraudulent so my ? is, is it worth calling my lawyer?
