Have financed 4 new cars over the years with them (2 Hondas 2 Acuras). No problems I make automatic payments, I once made a double payment that I hadn't intended called and was sorted out. I've only had to call them once in 15 years so no real issues, there website has got a lot better in the last year.

I'm calling but quick question. Did you have any issues with lump sum payments? Have to be ahead so many payments in order. To do so etc etc?

No problems with any type of payment, (you can pay ahead) you can even make a full payoff online.

Thanks I have a high interest rate so looking to get the principal down by doing lump sum payments and refi 6-8 months

When you to go refi, check with Honda Financial. I always wondered if they will refi their own loans.
