Can anybody please help me I don't know why a collection is reporting in my credit bureau merchant credit guide under Swiss colony which is paid and don't owe . Please help me what should I do?

I would contact the creditor first and go from there.

I contacted the Swiss colony and they told me I don't owe them any money that's why on report it said paid but I they don't know why I do have collection.😩

Is it Swiss Colony that is reporting the collection?

It could be that Swiss Colony sold your collections account to this other company and they never informed them when you paid the account off. Like what was said before, contact the new agency. If they give you a hard time, you can also dispute it to the credit reporting agancy that shows it in collections.
