i was an authorized user on one of my mothers credit card, my parents recently went into bankruptcy and it shows that she didnt pay during the months of the bankruptcy. is there any way for me to get these late marks on my credit report since i was just an au or am i screwed?

The only way to get it removed is to have the entire TL deleted. If applicable, you'd lose util, history, and mix of credit. However it can always be readded in the future.

Dispute with each CRA as "not mine" as you are not the account holder. Your folks are.

YAY good news for me i just got a letter from eq that they deleted that line... does anyone know how long does it take for it to actually update... i want to get a report again so i can see my fico but dont want to do it until im sure it has gone through?
