I am just wondering if I was an authorized user on my husbands credit card prior to US filing bankruptcy. Am I eligible to apply to the company for the card or will both of us be on the list since they were a part of bankruptcy?

Yes, you should be able to apply without a problem.

I think I would remove myself just to be safe. You never know where my name would pop up internally with each lender. Better safe...
