Reporting of Mortgage payments to CRA post BK7

Hello everyone, I am new here and need some advice. I am trying to clean up my credit report and continue to rebuild.

I filed for BK7 in March 2014 and Discharged in July 2014. 7 or 8 Credit Card accounts were discharged and at the time of filing I had a subprime mortgage for approximately 1 1/2 years that was also discharged. This lender received the mortgage as part of the BOA sell off of all the Countrywide loans BOA had purchased. I had many years of perfect payment history with BOA and Countrywide for whatever that is worth in respect to these questions.

My Questions: Bold print are the issues I'm concerned with and would like to know if anyone can help me with information on how to fix these or if they can be fixed

1. Current mortgage company, Nationstar (now Mr Cooper) stopped reporting to CRAs after discharge. On advice of attorney I did not reaffirm. What is the best way to go about convincing them to report my payment history again. I have emailed them through their website not mentioning the BK and asked them to consider reporting my payments again but they said they will need to research the issue. That was approximately Dec 3. I have not had any communication from them since then.

2. Reporting from Nationstar is all over the place depending on the CRA. I am trying to decide how to approach this with the CRAs since each report I've pulled represents the account differently. See following.

TU report pulled from TU 12/7/17 through annualcreditreport.com:

Payment history starts in Nov 2012 and ends in October 2014. All payments show X. I assume that means "nothing reported" as other on time payments indicate "ok" and other CR's show no payment history for TU although maybe it means "not okay"? All payments were made on time even through Bankruptcy period when I had to call their BK dept and make the payment on the phone.

Remarks section on TU show CHAPTER 7 BANKRUPTCY for this lender.

Responsibility: Account Opened 1/8/2007

Last updated: 11/30/2014

Last payment made 3/12/2014.

Pay Status: Current; Paid or Paying as Agreed Date

I guess I didn't quite finish my questions. So besides getting the mortgage company to report my payments to help continue to build my credit report, I am also interested in learning if I should be concerned about the other items I've highlighted in bold in regards to the way they were reported. If yes, should I pursue trying to get these straightened out with the CRAs or leave it as is?
