When will my BK go away?

I filed chapter 13 in Sep. 2014. It was dismissed, not discharged in Mar. 2018.

When will this not be on my credit report any more? Should I be looking at 2021 or 2025?

13's stay on your report for 7 years since they are repayment plans (it's 7's that stay on the report for 10 years)

So, 7 years from my file date or 7 years from my dismiss?

You can ask for EE from the CRA as follows..
TU-6 months
EQ-1 month
EX-3 months

EE?....=......Early Erasure? Early Elimination? Is there a proper/accepted/more successful procedure for this?

Early Exclusion. You can call them or do one online and request one to have them come off your report early, based on the guidelines in the other post. So in March of 21, you can ask TU to grant an early exclusion and they will remove it then instead of September.
