topic 401k after discharge in Bankruptcy

My case was discharged back in Oct 2018. I am married however my spouse didnt have to file. Were a little low on cash and want to get started back up etc. I was considering taking a smaller loan from my TSP account to pay a few minimal things off in her name and really start fresh and bank a few thousand afterwards. My case isn't closed yet because I had a rental property that went back to the bank and just waiting for it all to finalize. Should I be worried of my trustee finding out of this doing? Is he possibly keeping my case open to take my tax returns? The tax returns were never ever discussed either along the way. I filed a ch 7 no asset case, any info would help thank you!

Confused. You say you were discharged in October but the case is still open? Doesn't make sense to me.

Regardless, borrowing from your 401k is a very poor decision IMO. Scrounge up some extra income, tighten up the budget, etc., instead and leave your 401k alone.
