IIB Negative Items on 3B

Hi,

I filed Ch 7 on 1/1/2018 and stopped making all payments. DC on 4/10/2018.

Burned Citi, Disco, Chase, Lending Club, and Prosper.

When I pulled my credit reports after discharge, everything showed as IIB.

However, when I look at my 3B report today, it shows "Negative Items" for Disco, Chase, Lending Club, and Prosper. This is in addition to the Public Record for the BK.

I have included three screenshots here, pulled straight from my most recent 3B report:

1) The list of Negative Items on my 3B report

2) Prosper Account Summary and "2 year payment history"

3) Prosper "Older Derogatory Events"

Is this correct? Do I need to file some kind of dispute? Disco, Chase, and Lending Club show similar things.

If you were current up to the file date. No negative information can be listed on your reports after that date. Cant s3e the drop down box. So if there are lates for Feb/March. The judges dont like that sneakin in neg info. You can advise your lawyer or file disputes that lates were placed on your files after the file date. Worse case you can file a complaint with the CFPB. Yes, I was current up until my file date. Filed 1/1/2018. Showing lates in Jan, Feb, and March in some cases.

What is the best way to file disputes? I haven't spoken to my BK attorney since discharge. I would prefer not to pay any more attorney fees. Is a dispute something I can do on my own?

First you should let your lawyer know. Bring in copies of your credit reports showing the violation. They can send a letter to the creditors to fix it and notify the judge who can fine them $1000 plus court cost and lawyer fees in your favor. Good Luck!

Thank you. I will contact my attorney with my current credit reports.

Is there a way to download my credit reports with myFICO Premier? I can see my 3B report every month, but it seems like I should be able to download my actual report, right? It's part of the reason why I decided to pay for it.
