Accounts Included in Bankruptcy Reporting correctly?

I have a question about accounts I have

reporting included in bankruptcy.

1) I have an account from Wells Fargo Revolving account that when I search my 3b for open accounts it comes up with my open accounts. I have attached screen shots with the account and I'm wondering if something is wrong that is making it come up in my open accounts. Also this is the only place I see the account show up with my open accounts. I did look on my Equifax report and I do not see a closed date not sure if that matters.

2) I also have 3 Comedity accounts that are reporting Included in bankruptcy but all 3 accounts had a zero balance prior to filing. Actually the one account from Comedity that had a balance they deleted off all 3b's. Should these accounts be Included in Bankruptcy and if not would it benefit me to dispute them to try and fix it?

Your discharge was less than a week ago? If so give it a little more time for everyone to make their final updates.

In regards to the cards with 0 balance when you filed, if they were still open then yes the IIB notation is correct even though you didn't "burn" them

Discharge was April 23 2018.

okay I wasn't sure about the zero balance accounts I just wanted to make sure they were reporting correctly.
