I have a 341 date! :) quick question

Recieved a letter stating my 341 date is Feb 4th. What sort of documents should i have on hand to reference if asked? This is a call in and not in person.

Your lawyer will have sent the trustee everything they need. Speak with your attorney to confirm that you submitted all of the necessary documents.
If anything is needed by the trustee they'll let you know doing your hearing.

Eta- my limited advice is geared towards Chapter 7. Chapter 13's may be different.

Just had my telephone 341 today. I didn't have to refer to any documents, but i do have to amend schedule C. So I might not have gotten to a point of needing to reference anything

I didn't need any docs other than the wait time my meeting lasted maybe 5 min.

My lawyer just had me pull up my petition to reference in case I needed to while he dialed us in.
