New flagged petition months after CH7 discharged??

I kinda posted about this in the scoring forum because my FICO score dropped nearly 30pts yesterday 4/27 for having a 'new late' but I had no lates / nothing new at all showing... anyway today I got a notification and think its better question here.... My CH7 was discharged 12/1/2022

NAVIENT has flagged your account as Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Petition on Apr 26, 2023.

Do creditors go back and flag these things months after discharge making it appear like a just filed? Is there anything I can do or is this just what happens? So far its only showing on Experian.

As @SouthJamaica said in your other thread. Things like this will happen. Nothing is going to go in the score rising territory until you got a solid rebuild going. Nothing will over ride the BK. Changes will happen. Please stick to your original thread. Cross posting confuses people.
