Chp 7 : Greystar

Hello all,

I am filling Chp 7 BK with my Wife. We are currently waiting on our Meeting 341.

My question is Greystar was IIB. How forgiving are they? And how long until you can rent from them again?

Hello...

I asked a friend that was in the same situation as yourself. She says that she was told there is, "No longer a hard and fast rule," as to the time frame a BK7 must have aged to regain eligibility for rental access, but that she was able to rent about 2 years post BK7, and of course it's YMMV.
