Embark card C7 filing notification is in question

Hi Everyone. I have filed Chapter 7 on the 15th of this month (pro-se) with 10 credit cards listed under unsecured creditors section of the petition. Nine of them already acknowledged that I have filed by either locking me out or restricting my online access except one card.

Embark Cards just sent me a new email asking for payment and did not restrict my access to their website where I used to make payments. I double and tripple checked their address on the creditors list and I'm pretty sure it is accurate. What it is that I should do if anything at this point?

Since you filed 5 days ago, my guess would be that the notification is still pending and they'll get it soon

Thanks pizzadude! I would assume you are right and just have to wait couple of more days. Finally I was able to login to pacer and grab 'Certificate of Notice' which says Embark was notifyed via first class mail on the 17th. So lets hope for the best. Embark is a terrible card like Credit One.

Yeah if it was sent via snail mail then I'd give it a week or two minimum.
