So I have the lowes personal card with a 10K limit and am curious about apping for the business Amex. Does Synchrony service it as well? What are the approvals like on it? Hand out big limits so willingly as the personal card?

No its an Amex issued card

Edit to add my limit was an 8k approval

The Amex offering is serviced by American Express. It will count as one of the four cards you can have from American Express.

There is a Lowe's Business card available as well. The Lowe's Business card can only be used at Lowes, but is available without a PG, and is issued by Synchrony.
