Citi AA Business card/ Help me figure this out - I think an error?

So I have the Citi Business AA proved for 10k. Since the 1st statement generated, I noticed this in the business line section. For those of you who have the card, does it say the approved amount in the business line section or a different amount. I called and the CSR said I have to go into a branch and don't know why. For what exaclty I asked. I figured it is an error but it hasn't corrected itsef...

I don't have any other accounts with Citi just this CC and all my things are with Chase. Not moving from them anytime soon.. Here is what is on my business section line..

Wow. I assume that you've had this card for a while so I would think it would not be a verification process right?

Do you show you have $690k+ available credit??

No, it shows available credit as 10k as the card is paid off. Very strange yours shows the exact limit. Thanks for showing me yours. I will find time and call Citi then.
