How long between Ink Plus and getting Ink Cash?

Is there a recommended time in between applying for these? I got the Ink Plus in late November, used it quite heavily and made a couple of big payments, but I just requested a CLI on it last week, which was granted, so I'm wondering how long I need to wait before applying for the Ink Cash?

id do it now... worse case they will take some CL from your current card.

I applied for mine a month apart. I got the cash first and then Ink. Hope it helps.
