    <description>&lt;P&gt;Merchant coding usually determines these things. &amp;nbsp;You need to investiage to see if the coding changed, why, and whether or not the merchant can switch back if that is the case. &amp;nbsp;However, that won't address existing charges. &amp;nbsp;That's up to Chase.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Ink rewards Internet provider</title>

      <description>I have both ink and ink plus, I have a small hosting business and have an Internet bill of about $1100 a month from one of my providers. I had been consistently getting the 5x UR on either ink i used for that month for this charge. Then suddenly I am only getting 1x UR. I chatted chase and they indicated they had no control over it and it must have been the merchant.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any ideas how I can get my 5x back for this charge? I was loving the amount of UR I was piling up.. most months it was over 10k and now I'm down to around 6k.</description>
