Had to call CSR to ensure I would also get the $250 for $5K spend and couldn't get a solid answer. Asked for a CLI at activation and received $8K without counter. Called back after 30 days to get an answer on the promo and the nice lady checked and said since I had been a customer with them for so long (member since 1989) she would just give it to me. At that point I had only put about $3K on it, so very happy.
