Amex Simply Cash APR reduction

So was bored today and figured I would try for an APR reduction with Amex.. They haven't been giving permanent ones recently to most of the forum or at least to me and just promo ones, but figured I would give it a try on my SimplyCash.. I rarely carry a balance on it, but as a typical MF person I like to push the limits and see what lenders are doing these days and if policies are changing. I got a 3% APR reduction.. Granted my APR wasn't very good on the card after the 0% APR was over.. Here is how the chat went. So if Amex appears to be loosening up on their APR reductions again (thanks amex!). Just a FYI if any of you want to try.

Hey, 3% is quite a bit in looking at the big picture! Congratulations on getting it lowered!
