Strange Upgrade Offer on Amex Login - Delta Business Plat

So today I logged into my Amex account and was greeted with a pop-up offer to "upgrade my card" to a Delta Business Platinum.

I dont currently have a Delta anything, and know that unless major changes have come down, you cant PC from a non-partner card to a partner card.

Anyone else seen this?

Apparently it's a glitch with the Amex site as others have reported the same offer showing up when they are not eligible to PC to it.

Makes sense in the wake of possible system-wide issues.
