Can anyone help me?

I'm here from searching for a solution to confirm my amex card.

The website americanexpress.com/confirmcard mentioned in the card isn't working well to confirm cards, as it's showing blank pages.

I've also seen that I can call a phone number and confirm card (saw this number from this website, https://americanexpressconfirmcard.com/, but not anywhere else).

I also tried calling them on 1-800-528-4800 (got the number from https://www.americanexpress.com/us/content/contact-us/international-numbers.html). But it's not connecting me to a human.

Can anyone please guide me regarding this?

I have no trouble with the website. Try using Google Chrome or Firefox.

you can login to your account , click on account services and scroll down to "register a new card"
