Chase Strategy

I have a Chase Ink Preferred right now with a $30k limit. I've been carrying a high balance for a few months but last month I paid it down to $22k, then this month $12k, and soon I'll be paid to zero.

I'm looking to get a Chase Ink Cash for my biz and a Chase Sapphire personally. Both are being offered to me right now when I click on browse offers. What should the timing of these apps be?

I did not do Chase this go around but I had a similar situation, Elan card I had just paid down from a high balance and I went straight into Amex and Cap1 apps and were both approved. My credit score is high and no negatives ever or even any hard pulls for quite a long time.

You can combine hard pulls if its the same day and same company. I've done this often.

Chase Sapphire Reserve approved w/ $28k SL.

For the Chase Ink Cash they're asking for my EIN verification letter even though I'm already a customer.

Just logged in and I see the Ink Cash now. Chase gave me $48k in one day.

did you app for them both at once/same day? I keep reading app'ing for 2 cards gets one auto-denied (im not sure if its 2 PERSONAL/2 BUSINESS or a combo of 1 biz+ 1 pers thats getting the other denied)
