    <description>&lt;P&gt;@bed ok I was just wondering why it said I had no charges that qualified when the only spend has been amazon, and it said I had no cards eligible for rewards on the amazon site now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have any of yo that have this card had this issue? My husband has this card and has made multiple purchases that are all no longer pending, and he shows 0 rewards points? Even in pending points, it says 0? Also, where it says "chat with us" there is no button or link to push? Is there a way to contact them online or through email?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do points not show up untill your statement cuts?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Read the literature that came with the card. If my memory is correct, for other cards, it can take up to two billing cycles from the time you pay your balance for the rewards to show up. As stated above, it won't be immediate.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Sorry, I didn't read your post close enough and didn't notice that you mentioned 0 points pending. You might want to call the number on the back of the card and confirm that you are getting the rewards instead of doing the 90 day terms. Regardless, there should be at least 1% back on each purchase. It might just be an issue with when the pending points are calculated. I imagine they might not be calculated and show up as pending until the end of the billing cycle and then they'd actually get applied to the account sometime after that. It's probably spelled out in the fine print, but I'm having trouble finding that info online.</description>
