I received a letter last month saying that due to credit report, they were closing the account. Today in the mail I received a new card! I called and it was activated and he said the account was open and available to charge. oh citi!

oh spoke to soon, tried to use my card yesterday and declined... called and was told yes it closed. They had just given me another 30 days after the letter for whatever reason. Odd to because less then 6 months ago they gave a 3500 CLI.

Same here, I believe they are doing another round of closings.

I had it reinstated last year but didn't even bother this time.

PIF every month.

Don't want their business anymore, too much BS.
