"They all went home". Needless to say I hung up....Never ever do business with them again.

Now I get it...new account...maybe some red flags, sure...understandable...then dont extend an account lol!

What a joke...anyway just FYI if your thinking of establishing an account with Grainger...you've been warned. Terrible Company!

Grainger for biz cred is the same as Fingerhut for personal cred.

It helps establish accounts but the merchandise is vastly overpriced and can be found elsewhere much cheaper.

I'm a bit surprised anyone buys anything from them anymore unless it is on clearance.

lol The Company I work for buys from Grainger. At least that's where the service department ordered parts from, but I'm sure the Company paid for it.

Order a Hammer Drill and get drilled free of charge, ROFL. Grainger is really like Amazon for business, happy to get you anything and everything but you pay extra for the service. Ironically not all businesses are about cost but are by reliability and source stability which is Grainger's specialty. I only would wonder what was the bright idea of using almost 20% of your credit all in one purchase? That would be a minor concern. Overall I think if you want to work with them bad enough you can call back during more normal hours to figure out what went wrong. I am guessing rapid utilization might have something to do with it or they do not understand your business need properly. Otherwise happy shopping at a cheaper price.
