FNBO Business Mastercard Offer

I got an offer in the mail today for a 2% Cashback, no annual fee, 0% intro apr for 6months, Mastercard from FNBO. The part that caught my eye is the cell phone protection of up to $1,000 each 12 month period or $600 per claim with a $50 deductible.

This is a for a Business Edition Mastercard.

I know somebody out there has to have seen or heard of this before. I called my bank and he said they have been sending them out. Does anyone have this card or have knowledge about it?

Thanks for the tidbit, I thought I would get more people with some info on this card.

I ended up applying last night so I guess we will see how it goes. It seems to be provided by the bank themselves and not FirstBankCard.

It's a region thing and won't even let me see the web page. It does look like a decent card if you're in their service area.

Thanks! My app is still in the “pending” stage, I’m guessing I won’t hear anything until the end of next week since FNBO tends to be a little slower.

I got a notification much faster than I thought I would at about 4pm today.
I was approved, I know they pulled Experian because I was notified earlier today. As far as credit line, the email says nothing besides approval & timeframe of cards being shipped, so I have no information and will report back when I get the information & card in the mail.

Thanks! As far as I know at the moment they pulled my personal. I will know more when the letter arrives I’m sure. I’ve been banking with FNBO since I opened our business accounts there in April, no business loans, no business credit cards so I’m sure the, even though short, history I’ve built with them was a big factor.

Yes I do have my business checking at FNBO which I assume is why I got the hidden offer too. This card apparently isn't offered anywhere on the websites & from what I've seen/heard it's a "selective" offer for FNBO business customers. Probably also got offered to me because I have some of their personal cards, bunch of other cards, but no FNBO business credit cards because, let's be honest, the rewards were terrible. The best rewards structure is only 1.5% back with their business cards, so when I got the 2% offer I jumped on it. I achad to call in 2 days ago because I found out my mail carrier hasn't been delivering my mail at the office so he's being investigated & the union is seeking disciplinary action currently. Long story short I had to get new cards sent to my home address now.

-CL: $8,800

-2% back on all purchases no caps or limits

-$1,200yr in cellphone protection with a $50 deductible & $600/per claim maximum.

When I finally get my cards & more information on Wednesday I will put up some more stats/info about the card.

Thanks for the info. My wife has a FNBO card, secured at the moment still, but here scores have risen 60-70 points since. We are both on the verge of much higher scores, her especially. I guess it would not hurt to open a biz account there and see who steps up between them and Chase who we just established an account with. There is a branch about a mile away from our brick and mortar business. Thanks again!

FNBO business checking is in-branch only. The card offer I received was via mail, the offer was sent by the Regional/District Manager of the FNBO branches in my area. No loan officer/banking officer can even apply you for the card. It's literally invite only apparently.

I had Chase a couple years ago & honestly they weren't a good fit for me or our business. They're not as personable as FNBO & there is no comparison on which is better IMO. Chase is full of fees, costs to do this & that, not to mention FNBO has more features/services included in their accounts. Processing might be a little slower than Chase but I get treated better at FNBO.

Here's the card, finally came in the yesterday. I've never seen one before. Definitely will be putting most of my business expenditures on this card especially my Sprint bill for the device protection.
