Let me add a few DP's here...

Brex does NOT check business credit.

I had 13.5k in my business checking account and was denied.

Let me see if I can find their response to me...

"Our underwriting process takes into consideration not only a company’s cash balance, but also business model, funding source, spending patterns, and other factors to determine whether Brex will be a good fit for your company. Unfortunately, that can mean we aren’t the right solution for some businesses.

Please note that applying to Brex in no way affects your credit score."

That's all I got. Hopefully it helps an e-commerce business that does 50k a month or so. Could be like an AMX Plum that reports or something similar to behalf.com which I currently read is doing "soft pulls" now.

Did you apply for startup or ecommerce card when they rejected you?

I process more than $50k monthly on Amazon and this card is very tempting.

I applied for Ecommerce.

If your 50k shows in your business banking account monthly you should be good to go.

You will have more float time and have business credit reporting.

I'm yet to provide them my amazon sales data. It's weird they dont have amazon integrated yet. crossing fingers.

As someone said above, since they pull your bank information, most likely if it's not reported there, they won't care.
