I was approved for the CIP last week. If I were to app the Amex BBP today, besides the inquiry, can Amex see the approval I got from Chase? Once the account does report, will Amex see the new account via SP? Can either lender view my business credit reports and see that I was approved for another card in a short period of time?

Generally speaking, AMEX is not new account sensitive. I don’t think your Chase approval will hurt your changes on the BBP approval regardless of what reports they pull.

By that time you will have a brief payment history. You may want to take it easy on carrying a balance on the Ink card for a few months just in case.</P>
