REVIEW: 2020 BEST COMPANIES TO BOOST YOUR BUSINESSES CREDIT SCORE!

ANYONE LOOKING FOR BUSINESS CREDIT NET30 ACCOUNTS. THIS IS FOR YOU!

I am a business credit reviewer who specialize in reviewing unsecured small business loans and lines of credit up to $1 million.

I do this because I firmly believe that every business needs to have a fair chance to adapt to change, especially in times of growth or uneven cash flow. When you need ready access to cash and flexible terms for repaying borrowed funds, an unsecured line of credit can often be an ideal solution.

Im going through a list of the TOP 5 SITES WITH NET30 TERMS

1. ULINE

This company sells shipping, packing, and industrial supplies. These include janitorial supplies, shipping boxes, and material handling products like hand trucks and dollies.

NET 30 Account

-Must purchase 1 item before approved.

-Reports to Dun & Bradstreet.

-Reports on the 1st of every month.

Customer service is excellent and great products, plus they report to D&B so HUGE plus.

2. CROWN OFFICE SUPPLIES

Crown doesn't have the product catalog as extensive as Uline but I did like that they offered a few varieties of assorted "Office Packs" like cleaning supplies, break room snack packs, and computer accessories packs. But one thing this company does have is they report to ALL MAJOR BUREAUS (D&B, Experian, Equifax, Credit Safe, and NACM). I actually had to look up NACM, they are a smaller bureau but I will take it!

NET 30 Account

-$99 Annual Membership for NET 30 Accounts (But the $99 is also reported so I wouldn't mind paying this)

-Reports to D&B, Experian, Equifax, Credit Safe, and NACM

-Reports on the 15th of every month

Customer Service wasn't as great as ULINE...BUT they report to all major bureaus which is a major win for them. This company has taken Business Credit to the next level but we won't get into that here. If you're curious, take some time to look up what else they are doing.

3. GRAINGER INDUSTRIAL SUPPLY

These guys do not mess around when it comes to industrial supplies. They sell just about everything from HVAC to Plumbing and Electronics to Full Machinery. It's like a kid in a candy shop if you work in any industrious line of work AND...yes they report to Dun & Bradstreet.

NET 30 Account

-Couldn't find a minimum purchase amount.

-Reports to Dun & Bradstreet.

-They basically approve anyone for a line under $1000, If you want an increase you may need to show them bank statements.

-Only take applications via fax or over the phone.

I would say definitely go with Grainger if the products benefit you. There is simply no other company with there hands in heavy products like them.

4. STAPLES

This is a BIG one! With the buying power and about the lowest prices you will get on office supplies, you can't beat Staples. I'm going to keep this one fairly short because we all know what Staples is about...

NET 30 Account

-Personal gaurentee required (DOB/SS#)

-Reports to D&B and Experian

-Most Practical choice for Businesses.

And saving the best for last...

5. COSTCO WHOLESALE

If you don't know Costco then you need to get your head out of the hole its been buried in and get on over there. This is obviously one that a lot of people take advantage of just because of the amount of incentives that comes with having the Costco card. 2% cash back on all Costco purchases, 3% cash back on restaurants and eligible travel purchases, 4% cash back on eligible gas, just to name a few perks. But it is a bit more difficult to get approved.

NET 30 Account

-Available only for Costco Members

-Must have established Experian and Equifax credit reports.

-Revolving payment structure.

-Reports to Experian and Equifax

Great opportunity to get some added perks from a place most of us are already shopping at on a consistant basis.

All in all, each one of these companies is amazing and they all serve very different purposes. If you want an account that is solid and only requires you to continue your daily habits to build business credit then go with Costco. If you want one that is practical for your growing business that is truly in need of quick supplies or machinery then go with Grainger. And if you want one that simply just reports to all the above then the obvious answer would be Crown.

Staples More Account (business and personal) require PGs.

The Commercial account does not require a PG provided you (must meet 1):

are NOT a sole proprietorship, a partnership, or are unincorporated;
Have an annual revenue of more than $5,000,000;
Have more than 10 employees; or,
Have been incorporated more than 3 years.

For personal, yes they do. I did not include Quill for a few reasons, 1. They are on almost every list out there and I wanted to provide some new companies. 2. Out of all the companies I contacted, Quill had the worst customer service. 3. Their products are good but people have a lot of issues with their fulfillment times. Now this being said, they do report so if this is something you are looking for and you can overlook these things then I say go for it!

Yeah, Staples More is a good one to have eta: If anyone is interested in the cli process and has never tried you can request a sp cli of $500 after 6 months. (I got this) I just wanted more; did not need more.

Awesome info! For people who are new faces to business credit, it's always a good idea to ask whether its a hp or sp. Also not a bad idea to ask when you can request for a cli.

Had anyone done the new account dance with Uline recently? Can I just create an account online using my business info, buy something (minimum order value?), and then later ask for the net 30? Can you apply for the net 30 online?

Also, Quill was easy, approval for my week old LLC, from just ordering a $60 item.

Man you guys really have done a number on establishing a God complex over at Staples credit. they're terrible over there from their sales staff ( well not Dell bad but almost) to supervisors and credit team.. anyone that answers the phone you have to pay for loyalty program that really gets you less than the free account does and you immediately get hit with a hard inquiry for a net 30 program. that's insane go to Office Depot they take care of you they were one of my second trade lines ever gave me 15 grand and then introduced us to the tech side they are launching soon and we just signed a $30,000 loan with them for desperately needed new equipment. Staples yeah right...The loyalty program is garbage and you should never ever have to PG for a net 30 account, crazy! Especialllllly when you have a 85 payees score, never once missed a payment and over 20 vendor relationships... active relationships monthly.. That's my two cents anyways

Gave me understaffed because of Covid-19 be patient, didnt really need this tradeline except they claimed to report to all the bureau's.

Can anyone verify if they really report?

This is great information! I admit that I have yet to reach out to Office Depot. Staples was more readily available to me at the time so I went with them. Maybe I got lucky with a good sales staff member but I did not have that experience with them. And I agree that if you can avoid an account with a PG, definitely try to do so. Thanks for your input and I'll get back to you about my experience with Office Depot!
