Amazon Amex Business Prime vs Amazon Amex Business vs Amex Blue Cash?

I'm about to pull the trigger on one of these apps. I have never had an Amex card, but currently have Amazon prime for personal and use Amazon A LOT for my business and personal expenses. I am trying to determine which makes most sense as I really want to establish a relationship with amex.

I want a revolving card not a PIF. I don't travel a ton with my business, but I like cash rewards =P

My question is which has a higher probability of being approved and better credit line? I have no business cards (have a LC business loan 8 months old in good standing). My personal scores are between 737-768 depending on who you ask. I recently got approved for a NFCU personal card (30k limit) less than a week ago not sure if that will present a challenge. I also don't have any offers when I check on Amex but got a prequal letter less than a month ago which I can't find now =/

In your situation, it seems like it would be hard to beat the Amazon Prime Biz card. 5% back on all Amazon purchase or 90 payment terms if you're not always in a position to PIF a large purchase.

No one revolving business card is harder to get nor will one specifically net you a higher limit, generally speaking.

This may be a uninformed question but is the max amount of time I have to pay a balance 3 months with this card? Will I default if the purchase isn't paid in 3 months?

No, it's a revolving card like any other revolving card. The 90 payment terms allows for 0% interest during that time, if that option is selected during checkout.

For now, I am happy and think I'll not apply for anything for a few months. I am eyeing the PNC LOC but my business won't reach its 3rd birthday until the end of March.

congrats, very nice. you do not need amazon business, any old prime will do. re the pnc, are you out of footprint? hope so. excellent, I mean out of this world lender

hi, as I understand it if you are in the footprint you cannot get the pnc.com/businesslending bloc. I hope that I am wrong because the out of geo one has no maintenance fees, no hard pull to get and can be hooked into a virtual wallet to manage vs having to open a biz checking for yet additional fees. look for my post in this forum for further details. I really like pnc, hope the heck they come out to socal. even if ones biz does well its still nice to have a buffer imo, esp if the line cost nothing or very little. I came up short a few times last year and rather than jump through hoops and transfer funds, etc. I just used the wallets bill pay and I liked it so much that that is the primary way I pay bills now. good luck with whatever you end up doing just know that pnc is the real deal and customer service from the gods
