Chase Pre-Qualification Business Ink Card

I have a personal card with CHASE and was notified that I am Pre-Qualified for one of their Business Ink Cards along with a select few personal cards.

1. If I accept and app for their Business Ink card will that create a hard pull on my personal even though I'm pre-qualified probably through their routine soft pull process.

2. Is it possible to get both an Ink and a 2nd personal card that I've been pre-qualified for in the same day?

3. If #2 is possible will that be a second hard pull if #1 causes a hard pull

I have experience with Question 1:

When I had the black checkmark and applied, I got the biz card at a cost of 2 HPs. No regrets though.
