Someone Else's Accounts on my DNB

As you know NAV allows you to track and report on 5 businesses. So I added all of my divisions to NAV and one of my divisions has a stellar DNB profile. Somone elses lines of credit are showing up and have a great pay history. CL are 75k, 65k, 15k, and 15k. Any suggestion who heavily pulls DNB to get some quick TL under that division which report beyond DNB?

What NAV shows on their "copy" of credit reports does not necessarily mean that's the correct reporting with the Biz bureau in question. Nav has us mixed up with a closed business and even though Equifax confirmed our file number is different, NAV still shows the wrong Company Name and Address which they have yet to correct. I got my money back. This has been ongoing since July 2019. So you may be seeing one report on NAV; but the actual pull from Credit Bureaus will or shouldn't reflect that mix up you're referring to. Get true reports from the Biz bureau; not NAV.

Btw, according to NAV, not D&B, we only have one $500 tl. after 27 yrs. You can check, for free, your D&B report if you haven't to compare.

I agree they are quite glitchy at NAV, but I did confirm it on DNB where the TL are also showing under my DNB manager.

Very odd......have you gone to Exp. Business and run a search of companies with similar names? Or Eq? Hopefully only someone else' positive is reflecting and no negatives start to report. Something has triggered the mixup. Perhaps said company incorporated, changed their structure and caused this mix up, idk.

I did find a company with a similar name that pops up at the top of the experian search, and I am using my registered agents address for everything, so there must be thousands with that address and somehow it picked up someone's TL.

I have absouletly nothing on the other reports.

Okay, I can see how then. Sorry I couldn't answer your original ? about who pulls but there is (I think) a thread about "who pulls which biz credit report" ....do a search and you may find the chart. I'll look too.

It appears you owe a lot of Moola. Is that a "good" thing for you? I kinda doubt it.......but I'm no expert at all, lol...far from it but -hmmmm it looks rather iffy to me. Maybe applying while these "faux" tl's are near maxed/maxed could sink that ship.

The first thing I'd be doing is calling D&B and asking if the NAV reports you're paying for line up with what D&B is reporting. I'd get to the bottom of this......cuz later; when it could matter could be a stall; a barrier on your credit building for your company. And who's to say that the next update on those "faux" tl's could show 30, 60, 90 day lates. Also, if you were to apply for a tl based off of an incorrect report could also hurt by way of cld's or closures once the cr's update and correct...even if it were two or three years from now, you don't want that lurking.

The screen shot is from DNB not NAV. I mean I could monitor the progress but they seem to have a good pay history. Maybe just monitor the situation an experiment with applications. This is a division so it's not that important to me as the parent company. I'll try some applications and see what the results are. Maybe synchrony likes DNB??

Okay, so the screen shot is from where? NAV or D&B?....this is a little blurry to me....as posted above ($50 NAV account)

I mean, for S&G's...if you're willing to try, see, experiment it could be interesting. But what you see does not mean that's the Full Report that the Bank is given. Just like what NAV shows to me is my CR; is not what my Creditors received....EQ confirmed this.

Since NAV hit today, it gives me 1 TL on EX and EQ. I'm waiting on Quill to hit as they just placed some orders for cleaners clorox, pine sol, windex on a net 30. Once that shows up I'll start applying with the others.

BTW people are going a little crazy on the toiletpaper. Maybe they should focus more on stocking up on cleaning supplies if they fear covid-19 so much.
