Desert Financial CU visa - approved.

-no prior accounts/history with them.
-applied Friday and approved via email today(Wednesday)

-no documents required/requested

credit union in AZ that offers business services. Seemed to be the best/top rated one in the state so I applied online.

anyone have history w them? They offer loc and other business products I didn't apply for yet.

Havent seen a hit alert.

~2% usage

No lates/derogs.

Scores are all 750-780's but I went on a spree for this card, sams club mastercard, us bank business cash and cash+ personal and a USAA card (all apprvoed) lol.

Do you not generally have to be amember of a CU to be eligible for their products? Also guessing that you're in their service area of AZ.

A few make you a member when you apply for products, others make you join first then apply...and a few will let you apply then try to join you if you dont qualify theyll rescind any products you were approved for lol. Im in AZ yes.

I have had an account with them for years. All the way back to my Military days in 2003 when I was stationed at Luke AFB in Phoenix & it was called Desert Schools Credit Union. Just an FYI...all of their credit cards are not actually issued by the credit union...they are issued by Elan Financial (AKA US Bank). So the credit union actually didn't underwrite your application...Elan Financial did. Because of this you would not be able to use the same credit inquiry for a credit card and any other credit product. Their overdraft line of credit is pretty easy to get, and grows over time. I believe back in 2003 I started out with a $750.00 overdraft LOC and within a few years I was able to get them to increase the limit to $20,000. $20,000 is the max limit on the OD LOC. Congrats on your approval!! And FYI...they are usually pretty good at getting a great rate on an auto loan.

Thats interesting thanks. I noticed the Elan pull lol. Who does the UW for the LOC local or another company?
