FICO 758 transunion , inquiries 11 , new account personal 6 /24 - Business 3 ( Amex , Discover, Bofa)
Called recon 1-866-408-4064 they did not like that I had "too much new credit."
Try using HP for peronal CC still denial for same reason

I am sorry to hear about your application decline. Barclay's is a very different animal with their approvals. Not sure why they do what they do. You might want to give them a call and see if they can do a manual review.

The OP already mentioned they went through reconsideration. That is the manual review. Unfortunately, they're not going to budge. In the past, they were more flexible with reconsiderations, not so much these days.
