Question about the Amex Blue Business Cash $100 FedEx Welcome Offer

So when I was approved for my Amex Blue Business Cash card I got a $300 welcome offer for 3 $100 credits at Dell, FedEx and Docusign. I am trying to figure more info about using the FedEx credit but it is no longer on the Amex Website and when I called Amex the rep wasn't able to find any info on it either.

Can this credit be used anywhere that offers FedEx shipping services such as a Walgreens and other authorized shipping stores or only FedEx owned stores? Also if I go directly to a FedEx store and they sell gift cards has anyone found any success in buying a FedEx gift card and being reimbursed by Amex (I know they can be funny when it comes to buying gift cards to meet spending goals/welcome offers). Any help is greatly appreciated. I only have a few more weeks to use or lose my FedEx credit.

Amex usually has wording that exclude GC as a purchase that triggers credit.

Its hard to say if Walgreens would count. While connected into FedEx's systems, they're using Walgreens registers and employees. The MCC code might not be shipping related. I'd use FedEx owned store to be safe.

@Jordan23ww, to echo what's mentioned above, the offer requires spending at specific merchants, such as FedEx/Kinkos, for instance. It has to be coded as a FedEx transaction otherwise the credit won't work so I'm not sure if using it at Walgreens will work. You'll have to test a nominal transaction and see.

As far as'gift cards' are concerned, below is an excerpt from their T&C regarding the $250/$300 offer:

*Eligible purchases are purchases for goods and services minus returns and other credits. Eligible Purchases to meet the Threshold Amount do NOT include fees or interest charges, purchases of travelers checks, purchases or reloading of prepaid cards, purchases of gift cards, person-to-person payments or purchases of other cash equivalents. Additional terms and restrictions apply.

Thank you so much! I appreciate this ! This was exactly what I was looking for earlier. I couldn't locate it though! I wanted to have something in writing so I could make sure I was properly using the credit and wouldn't risk having anything clawed back. Thank you again!
