Chase ink bold with bankruptcy reporting

Im interested in applying for the chase ink bold (charge). I have a bankruptcy still reporting from 7 years ago. Chase approved me for the sapphire preferred card 6 months ago and the freedom card 3 months ago after reconsiderations. I've been using those cards extensively ($10,000/month) and payingbalances completely. Ficos are all 700-720. My plan was to apply and then do the recon thing again but the app for the bold asks if my report is clear of bk whereas the sp and freedom cards did not. Does anyone know if the bold cards have higher standards? Has anyone gotten this card with a bk stillreporting? I want it for the additional 5 points categories. Thanks for your help.

I was approved post Chapter 7 (discharged 08/08) I got the INk Cash in april you should be fine.
