Chase Ink Business Cash Approved!!!!

Hi All,

So many months ago I decided to stop applying for cards so I could snag up my last goal card - Chase Ink Cash. I was 27/24 in OCT 2019 and effective 10 days I am now 4/24 Soooo ... I went ahead an applied online a few moments ago. Entered all my information (existing Chase personal and business customer) and hit submit.

The wheel spun around for like 30 seconds and the alerts starting coming in (EX HP, and from what I can see it was only a single pull) and then it gave me this...

Not more than 10 seconds later I get an email from Chase and see the subject line is "Thank You for your Interest.." so I didn't open it quickly, but of course I went back to see if it had any other information in the email and I see this...Am I Approved?!?!

This is the most generic email I've ever recieved from them so I'm hesistant to believe it lol

Update -- Definitely Approved!!

I just logged into my chase account on my phone and the card is already there!!

Chase Ink Cash Business
SL: $4,000
APR: 13.24% (lowest available)
5% up to $25k on Office Supply Stores & Internet/Cable/Phone services (combined)
2% up to $25k on Gas Stations & Restaurants (combined)
1% Everything else
Inquiries in 6/12/24 Months: 2/3/5
New Accounts in 6/12/24 Months: 0/1/4
EX F8 799 (dropped to 792 as soon as the inquiry hit) -- this was a single pull
For reference my TU F8 was 808 and EQ F8 was 781

I might move some of my limits over to this card but this puts me at 5 Chase cards

Amazon $35,000 (crazy high due to the recent random CLI's they were giving out)
Freedom $30,000
Marriott Bonvoy Bold $10,600
Marriott Business $6,500

I don't care the limit is $4k, but I am OVER THE MOON that I snagged up my last goal card --- I've wanted this bad boy forever! It's the last 5% card that was out of my reach -- Not Today!!

Which ones of your other Chase cards are business cards?

You have a very good amount of credit with Chase. This card is awesome I agree.

This is my 2nd businss card with them. My other one is the Marriott Business card (grandfathered card) that I got back in 2018.

Congrats on the Ink approval 👍

Not to be a Debbie Downer but they won't allow CL reallocations between personal and business CCs, IIRC. You can reach out to them in the event internal policies may have changed recently or at least for DPs.

Oh dang - well I guess I could always move a little from the marriott biz card, but either way I'm just glad it's open!!!!

I love my Ink Cash so I am sure you will enjoy its benefits. As with most Chase products, heavy usage, especially in the first year, may likely trigger an auto CLI (YMMV).

Also, the Ink Cash in your signature would look even better next to the USAA Cashback Rewards Plus Amex and USAA Limitless would look amazing next to the Amazon (this is in reference to the FNBO/Bonvoy post I made a week or so ago).

Huge congrats @credit_is_crack!! I can just imagine the feeling of finally being triumphant in accomplishing a goal like that. I looked over my portfolio a year ago and have only been able to nab 2 Chase non 5/24 cards and for me that gives me some dissatisfaction in my quest so I will have to hunker down to get down to 4/24 to grab the freedom card. Hopefully sometime next year I can accomplish similar results. Again congrats on the success!!

Thanks @cashorcharge ! I almost felt a little guilty applying since it had been so and I guess I reconditioned myself to not apply for stuff, but not guilty enough!

Thanks @Anonymous and on that Discover, I sure did close it out. It was part of my "purge 'em" list. I've got about 5 more I'll be dropping over the next few months and I gotta say, as I drop some of these I do feel like it's more and more manageable

It took a good while to get it down to 4/24 but it's definitely worth it, and it was nice to see everything else build up too -- my scores kept going up and the points I never earned for having too many inquiries and too many new accounts finally came my way. I think that mainly showed up with the low APR on this card - it ain't bad!

Agree. I got a Chase Ink Biz back in Aug, approved for 28k. They just increased it to $10k two days ago. Was somewhat surprised to see this happen so quickly.

I have used it somewhat heavily, and made weekly payments. Always paid down to zero.
