Suffice to say, I had to jump through a few hoops here. Inspired by @M_Smart007 amongst others, I followed the process and was preapproved for $15,000 then after the EX HP, got the dreaded 7-10 day message. About 2 weeks later, got the request vis USPS for several documents. Found it odd as some have breezed by this, I was not so lucky. Provided everything though the holidays likely added to the delay. I was ultimately approved for the same preapproved amount of $15,000. WOOHOO!
