Amex Blue Business Approved

Hello,

Learned a lot from the forum, thought i'ld throw out some data points for others-

I have zero other business credit and no dun and bradstreet rating.

I do have a business checking account in the business name for many years.

This is a sole p in exisitance about 3 years.

I have an exisiting relationship with a personal card with amex thats about 2 years old.

I applied, they asked for my personal income FYI within the app.

They asked for business legal name, if used DBA, legal structre, address/phone and annual revenue. I honestly reported the annual revenue in case they asked for bank statements.

Came back with a under review. Then in ten minutes an email with, we need more info.

The more info was the last three months of a business checking or if i was in business less then 4 months, my last three months of a personal checking.

So i sent the paperwork the next day via thier secure system.
Got a yes in about three hours, with a credit limit equal to my personal card (15k).

My scores are in the low 700s currently.

So if you have an exisiting relationship with them and have provable bank statements for a business you might be able to get a credit card with them even if you have zero other business credit.
