      <description>&lt;P&gt;What an ordeal. Got the plus membership since its a good deal with free shipping. Girl took app over tablet and was pending. Called symphony and that's where it derailed. Got some who transferred to someone. Handed phone over and got someone who you could tell was in his living room working. Couldn't figure it out so transferred me to an account manager. 15 mins later on hold told me 7-10 days after it needing further review.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;granted just got Amazon 5k CL on corp acct so maybe to soon with symphony but what a pain of a process.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sync and Sams for some reason has to be the worst product they back as far as processing and understanding.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The information has to match perfectly between corporate info and the membership info.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once decided there is no going back even if was an error by the agent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you get pending... walk away! I have numbers direct I can give you... typically the sams employees don't understand the business side very well and they are not provided special numbers so they hold like the rest of us if calling standard number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Filled out a commercial acct for lowes and got a reference number other day. Called them today and agent said was declined. 80 paused 5k with Amazon already but ok..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;went to sams 2 weeks ago and spent an hour with 3 different agents and got no yes or no answer. Still haven't heard so figure call them. Very nice agent looked it up and said was approved for sans club MC with $8000 limit and card on way.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;same bank 2 different sets of criteria. Synchrony is weird once you make good with them. Guess glad its a MC product vs sans only since I have the Wally community card for Wally and sams.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;interesting to say the least&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Then told they don't expedite and cannot ship to home address via one with issues before. Made several calls over 4 weeks to hear it's been approved and card has been mailed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;called them today since I still haven't gotten the card to hear it's been approved but since they made a change to my address they need proof of my business and address. Plus it cannot be emailed or faxed, but mailed to a P.O. Box in Florida.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;unreal. I yelled at the agent her supervisor over the levels of incompetence at synchrony. They triggered something on the address and. Now I gotta gather docs and go to the usps and mail it off. You attract more flies with honey than vinegar, especially during an escalation process.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Since you were aware that SYNCB doesn't expedite credit cards, and something getting lost in the mail is always possible, who changed the address? You mentioned upthread they couldn't change it to your home address. Also, SYNCB wouldn't have been responsible if your initial piece of mail was misdelivered or lost by the USPS if they had already generated the plastic -- unless they had an incorrect business address from the get-go.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did they have to report the previous Sam's Club MC as lost and re-issue a new account# as a replacement?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I've spent 20 plus years on call centers so get the angle and have former personal history with synchrony as a client.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;they never sent first card and then second issued but stopped by their back office. More frustration than anything as if they needed the info just ask vs tell me two times it was sent when it wasnt&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;just hope no one else gets synchrony's power trip angle. Now gotta pull docs and mail them off. Asked for email or fax and was told none. Said you are a $10 billion publicly traded company with no email or fax and gave up. Could tell was getting the script. Back office controls so play their games.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I've spent 20 plus years on call centers so get the angle and have former personal history with synchrony as a client.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;they never sent first card and then second issued but stopped by their back office. More frustration than anything as if they needed the info just ask vs tell me two times it was sent when it wasnt&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;just hope no one else gets synchrony's power trip angle. Now gotta pull docs and mail them off. Asked for email or fax and was told none. Said you are a $10 billion publicly traded company with no email or fax and gave up. Could tell was getting the script. Back office controls so play their games.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just make sure the docs are sent via CMRR so you have a method of tracking them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At this point in the game, it's wait-n-see. It's possible a secondary review from their back office didn't perform some due-diligence which caused the account to have any plastics suppressed. Unfortunately, more often than not, the front line agents sometimes do not have the same systems&amp;nbsp;access to view the backend documentation and it's possible they assumed the system had generated your card when in fact it didn't.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I remember speaking to a very well-informed agent a while back when I experienced a similar verification issue with an Amazon net55 account. The agent went above and beyond to get things resolved (I was fortunate) and explained some of the reasons for things that fall through the cracks and how&amp;nbsp;some departments are not synced&amp;nbsp;up operations-wise.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hopefully, things will get resolved even if it takes a bit longer than expected. Just update this thread rather than create multiple threads on the same SYNCB topic.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So had to update since it's my own rant at this point. Got to the mail today and lowes card came. But with sams I have to prove the address although both with synchrony. Unreal. This makes Amazon and lowes with them with sams to verify. Ugh&lt;/P&gt;</description>
