Amex Lowes approval

Bored and still cant apply for "reporting credit" or take a HP I had to get my hit as been a very good kid for what 14-15 months now due to mortgage and house being built. House should be done end of May so figured why not lowes and got to get several thing right even though have sync lowes card although might cancel that now, but not sure due to some of their financing, but possible. Figured 100 statement credit for no spend. Got the $100 credit already on account and awaiting the card which is on its way. Not the coolest card, but 5% and statement credit and hidden all work good for me.. Got best APR.. with that said I closed my BBP card as had to make space as limited to 5 revolvers with them.. been using BCE business alot buying gpu for either flipping or crypto mining for a hobby and putting good spend on that and got a 5k cli on that as well all I asked for so that card is 20k now from 15k.

Lowes 10k approval same amount I close my BBP for, so nothing special but will do the job.

DP: Experian 840ish, no hps in last twelve months. Applied as sole prop although have llc w/ein, etc as well. 1 personal amex schwab revolver and 4 business amex revolvers. last card was amex delta about a yearish ago and also got bonus got out of their prison!

Use either on new washer/dryer or rest of fence i need to put up as neighbor already did one side(nice!) and need to do other side as back to someone so fence included there, so just one side of house is needed score!.

Congrats! I'd keep the other Lowe's card because the 5% on this Amex Lowe's is only for the first 6 months. Enjoy the rewards!!!

@GApeachy hey, just chiming in. Wasn't sure if you knew there's a permanent 5% off discount on all purchases at checkout plus the 2% back in statement credits. The welcome offer 5% off that is only for the first 6 months is a bonus 3% in statement credits that takes the 2% cash back you'd normally receive up to 5% back for 6 months. With that said though @CreditCuriosity may still want to keep the Synchony version if they want the ability to still do 0% interest financing on purchases since the Amex Lowe's business card doesn't have that feature.

yeppers a bit confusing but 5% after first 6 months.. was confused on it many months ago when thought about applying then someone cleared it up.. they could do a lot better job explaining

Congrats on your Lowe's AmEx approval, CC! You had to scratch the itch somehow 😂 ...until the mortgage process is complete.

One of my Lowe's workhorses I don't have the SYNCB personal version any longer so this one definitely is a good biz CC.

True and ty, although the "60 days sac"👍👍 on the Synch Lowes4Pros plus 5% with the bonus of float over $299/ every purchase is a gem. I'd keep both, reap the benefits from both.

end of may/early june.. never seen anything like this before 15 months to build a cookie cutter house. Customized heavily inside, but outside is spec plan.. 2k sqft is all.. What can I do i had to walk away from preferred lender and 7500$ as well to lock in rate before it went to the moon about a month back locked in for 90 days with no fees and if goes over pay per day of .02 of loan at time of closing.. Thank god i gpt that choice as rates are over 5% now.. Locked in at 3.85% where if house was done on time would of been at around 2.85%.. Anyways the stress is real, but end in sight. Anyone looking to move to florida i can tell you one builder not to use!
