Sitting at 4/5 right now and have been waiting for a few things before making any moves (auto refinancing, etc.)

Thought for sure I'd do a MDD on a couple of Chase offerings but didn't want to lose my last slot. $15K spend for the CIP in three months is a little questionable so I went for the CIU at $7,500 MSR for three months and 0% APR for 12 months.

Put I had been in "business" for two years and annual revenue around $2k. Experian was pulled, FICO8 was around 730 and took a 5 point hit. Auto approved for $3,000
