Congrats! It was very likely meant for you, same thing happened to me as my SL was $4k and they moved me up to $35k on a SP a few months ago.

Waited 40 mins on the phone for rep to tell me that all CLI inquiries are HPs and account must be opened for 9 months to even qualify for one. I asked her their terms for opening a second card and she did not know the answer, she specializes in accounts already opened.

I suspect phones always constitute an HP. In the future, you go in online and apply for the same card you have, and once they see it is you, it offers a CLI button within the application. The 9-mo thing was unbeknownst to me, but it has been about 9 mos.

My Citizens was only open 5 months earlier this year when my CLI was approved...
