We recently approved your application for a new BHG Business WE credit card account, with a credit limit of $26,000.

I was instantly approved 2 hours ago.They hard pulled Transunion. I have a 3 year old single member LLC

I went to the Credit card site for BHG---says I have to have a PIN # to apply????

It appears applications are currently restricted due to the recent volume (i.e. stampede) of applications. No ETA when they'll reopen the applications portal.

Some approved accounts were also recently restricted to verify additional information.

I received my card on 12/24/2022. It did not have a sticker across the front of it with a toll-free card activation number so I called the number on the back. I was told that my card was suspected of being used for fraud. I was asked to identify myself, give them the last 4 digits of the card number, and for my security word. After doing the foregoing, I was told that I need to email them a copy of the front and back of my I. D. or passport and a current utility bill with an address that matched the address on the card. I did as asked and am now waiting for a status update.

Almost all of us have gotten the same thing. I've been waiting a couple of weeks now and still no activation.

Not many issues, just one

I just go online attempting to activate. A few days ago I called customer service just for the heck of it; that's how I learned it's in the "compliance department", as opposed to "the back office".
