Hello,

I've decided to give this one a shot for my RE LLC.

Very straight forward process, $28k, 0% for 12 months, 18.99% thereafter.

It looks like it was only a soft-pull too. I did it yesterday, and no alerts have come through.

$854k in total lines.

congrats, amazing how you got $854k in total lines, any breakdown on how you acheived such a feat?

Thank you. I wish I could tell you that there was some grand strategy. I'm 44, own couple of businesses, few rental properties, high(ish) earner. Consistently 750+ credit scores--over the last three-to-four years. I had a BK 14 years ago.

I did decide consciously, about four years ago, to improve my liquidity or at least access to more liquidity.....but again nothing specific.
