Affinity FCU Business First Visa Approval

So i recently applied for their personal visa sig card a few weeks ago. I knew that with Affinity you could re use the hard pull for more personal products but I had called up to ask if i could use it on their business side . They said it could be possible and I went through the process of applying for their card , and also opening up a business checking (you need that to get the checkin acct in order to get their business products) . Just got the email today , got approved! And no additional hard pull!!

AFCU has a much better business department than nfcu thats for sure. Very pleasant experience all around.

This card itself isnt that special - its only 1x point per dollar , you do get an immediate 5k bonus points for the first transaction. I am positive it does not report on the personal side , no idea if itll report to any business credit. Worst case its another ghost card for me. But since Im in the garden until 2024 im pumped to continue to grow my sole prop business credit card arsenal. 3rd approval this month lets go

@Janneman 5k on the personal and 5k on the business side for a total of 10k in the same week.... maybe i shud have spaced the apps out but i didnt want to incur another hard pull from the same lender , techincally using my EIN my business on paper is about 6 months old, and my reported revenue i did not fabricate because I assumed they would want proof. So on the app i stated a loss my first year and a projected profit of about 15-20k for this year. As a "start up" sole prop in the eyes of the lender i cant complain..... they did not ask for any documents other than my EIN letter and business license

I understand. You did right. $5k is not bad given the projected revenue of your business. However, I must say that I was shocked to see that you got only $5k CL on personal side because this lender is known to give out a higher CL...Don't know their process of CLI, though. Maybe, you can try for CLI in six months.

@Janneman its because i have like 100 new accounts - they tend to be a little reserved at extending a high limit to those with a bunch of new accounts reporting ,,, ive seen it on here multiple times so im not suprised at all. But yes i plan to request in 6 months
