Amex Delta Gold Business Pending???

I applied for this card on Saturday night. It went pending review and 4 hours later I received an email saying decision has been reached on my app. This is the decision. I tried calling, but they are closed till Monday. I'm wondering if anyone has run into this before. Seems weird that my app would be pending verification of just my name while it says up top that it may have been canceled.

Little background, I already have 4 Amex cards. 2 personal and 2 business cards. Last application was in 2021, which I was approved for the Amazon business card.

Monday finally arrived, I called and confirmed my name lol. Even the rep found it weird after being a member for 6 years. He put me on hold for 3 minutes and came back APPROVED with a 5k limit!!! woohooo

Maybe it's the spelling. You don't spell Kay5 the usual way
